The company is fully owned by its founders and associates having professional expertise in various fields of participatory development through participatory management through facilitating skilled and impartial human and technical resources. The day-to-day management of the company is taken cared by the Managing Director. Currently, the company has more than 10 regular full time staff and over 16 professionals in part time basis consisting of Civil Engineers, Architects, Socio- economists, Business experts, sub engineers, Institutional Development Specialists, Programmers etc. The company has its resource persons well experienced in project analysis and financial analysis attributed by economic expertise.
